Anna was super sweet and knowledgeable every time I talked to her on the phone after nits were discovered in my kid’s hair the day before school started. We did the treatment at home and Anna booked us an appointment for the next day for a comb out and to check the rest of us. Lice Lifters were absolutely wonderful to work with! Anna was incredibly responsive, super knowledgeable, and very thorough. We came as a precautionary measure on our way back from a residential summer camp and Anna put our minds at ease and made the entire simple for us! If I could give 6 stars, I would!!
